Job Description

    • Build and execute social media strategy planning through competitive research, platform determination.
    • Responsible for developing and managing social media activities [Facebook ,Twitter ,YouTube ,Google Plus , Pinterest ,Instagram, etc ].
    • Manage,plan,evaluate and contribute to social media channels to reach the company targets.
    • Planned calendar for the social media campaigns,day to day activities to increase brand awareness.
    • Responsible for day and weekly and monthly reports for each pages to quantify and qualify effectiveness interactive campaigns.
    • Content Creator (Copy Writing,posting,handling all user's complains).
    • Acts as a focal point for digital touch points.
    • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and coordinate the creation of digital content.
    • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
    • Monitor ROI and KPI's.
    • Manage digital agency relationships, day to day operations as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
    • Own and maintain site analytics and campaign reporting.
    • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
    • Handling the different complaints channels (CRM- Calls- Website - Individuals) within 48 Hours.
    • Ensuring maximum satisfaction of customers through frequent follow up
    • Ensuring the root cause resolutions are done for any complaint to avoid complaints’ repetition.
    • Providing the customers with accurate information related to the company’s products and services.
    • Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that exceeds our customers’ expectations
    • Handling all of service requests through the service requests by customers investigate their request to solve their problems with the maximum satisfaction and according to the request service level

                        Job Requirements

                        • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
                        • 1-3 years of experience in the same field and preferably with agency background.
                        • FMCG (Food Industries) background is a plus.
                        • Excellent command of both English and Arabic
                        • Good negotiation skills.
                        • Problem solver
                        • Previous Experience in customer care field.
                        • Excellent communication skills
