Job Description

You will work in an environment full of energy and we will provide you with the training that you need, you will be responsible for:

  • Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, and perform analysis to estimate brokers work.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes and closing deals.
  • Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
  • Prepare the necessary report (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Display and market the real property to possible buyers.

Job Requirements

  • Owing a car is a MUST.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson at least 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • MS Office familiarity (Excel).
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Graduate from a private university is a plus.
