About the role
- As a Digital Designer at Heroleads you will design new landing pages, online banners for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google display banners and other work for web related projects.
- As a Digital Designer you combine an understanding of aesthetics and design principles with commercial objectives of a campaign.
- In your role you “feel” the brand of our many clients which allows you to translate corporate style guides into matching design work.
- We are looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
- Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Job Requirements
Who we are looking for:

- Beyond your ability to self-manage your time, work towards targets, your analytical skills allow you to identify the right focus in your design work.
- Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as working with your team towards an ambitious goal.
- You are fluent in English (verbal/written).
- To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques.
- You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency.
- A broad portfolio which demonstrates expertise across a range of platforms.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong team management and mentoring skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong typography skills.
