Job Description
- Responsible for complete finishing works
- Receiving architectural and architectural Drawings from the technical office and reviewing the completeness of the Drawings
- Setting a timetable for the project in coordination with the Technical Office and updating it
- Lead a finishing team at the site.
- Supervising and characterizing the contractor and ensuring receipt from him according to the specifications required by the consultant
- Prepare a weekly report and submit it to the Engineering Department
Job Requirements
- Professional with SketchUp , photoshop and AutoCAD.
- Strong Finishing background and experience in residential & commercial building finishing work.
- Good experience in site supervision, sequencing and handing over of works.
- Very good problem solving and customer handling.
- Very good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and Leadership skills.
