Job Description
- Following-up of tasks assigned by the CEO to the branches managers and directors of departments
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and working agenda between the CEO and the branches managers and directors of departments
- Reviewing the email of the CEO and prepare reports for the received emails
- Supervising all the work of the office of the CEO
- Maintain the confidentiality of information contained in files and records that are used daily
- Supervising the printing and auditing of all correspondence pertaining to the CEO
- Ensure that all materials and supplies for the work of the Office of the CEO are available in quantities required to conduct the work as required.
- Follow-up on the network of social relations of the CEO
- Attention to the backup copies of the equipment and documents of the CEO office
- Follow-up to all matters related to the hospitality of the CEO's visitors whenever required
- Writing all the papers and memos of the office of the CEO
- Archiving and organizing all important documents of the CEO in a manner that facilitates the use and recall of those documents
- Coordination of external contacts with individuals and entities related to the work of the CEO
- Any other tasks assigned to him and any other business assigned to him by the CEO
Job Requirements
- Any suitable Bachelor degree.
- A secretarial course
- Specialized courses in management
- At least 3 years experience as a manager of the office of a managing director or CEO
- Excellent English proficiency
- Mastering the handling of computer applications
- Preferably male
