Job Description

LEARNATY is looking for a dynamic & innovative manager for its operations in Egypt. A multi-skilled person who shares the Founders their vision & working with them to realize the organization vision through implementing a planned business strategy.

Overall Role:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of LEARNATY in addition to planning and execution of business development strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and supervision with respect to the platform’s day-to-day operations.
  • Identifying areas for development and proposing means of improvement.
  • Identifying the operational needs of the platform.
  • Maintaining the highest customer satisfaction level by solving customer complaints, analyzing customer satisfaction survey & replying to customer calls/inquiries received through social media or LEARNATY online platform.
  • Maintaining employee satisfaction level by solving teachers' concerns, follow up for teachers' payment submission & coordinating continuously with teachers to spread/boost team-work spirit in order to achieve organizational goals.
  • Penetrating new markets & following up for execution of marketing plan in addition to representing the organization by attending seminars and/or promotional events/ campaigns as per marketing plan agreed with CEOs’.
  • Coordinating with all 3rd party companies/organizations involved in day-to-day operations of LEARNATY such as & not limited to: payment collection company, Banks & website developer.
  • Taking needed action to overcome any sudden & unexpected challenges that may not be mentioned in job description & could affect day-to-day operations of LEARNATY.

Job Requirements

  • Significant qualifications & experience in Marketing & Customer Service.
  • Extensive awareness of requirements and expectations of foreign language teaching service customers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Awareness / Experience of E- Business will be highly considered.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Dynamic & innovative personality.
