Job Description

  • Responsible for daily operations of all secretarial work and Performs receptionist functions.
  • Assisting in setting filling system and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Meet and greet clients and company’s guest.
  • Sending Congratulatory telegram and a letter of condolence to customers, as the case.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible and Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required and making conference telephone calls required of managers.
  • Assist the Operations Department by receiving all Egypt Post phone calls and redirect them to the responsible operation team member.
  • Maintain and archive confidential documents
  • Handle relations with courier services providers like FedEx, Aramex, and DHL.
  • Preparing meetings and take appointments for the department managers.
  • Manage the external communications and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and letters for all the other departments
