Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Report to Upper management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Monitor and develop all other HR Functions including and not limited to performance management, Recruitment, training , compensation and benefits.
- Monitor and develop the payroll and personnel process.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR manager for at least 5 years preferred in Retail or manufacturing industry.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
