Job Description
- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements
- Using different effective channels for contacting customers.
- Schedule meetings, make presentation and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales target.
- Follow up with customers on open leads and update its status daily.
- Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents.
- Prepares reports that show sales activities for team on the daily basis
- Negotiate with customer concerning contract terms and method of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
