About the Job

  • Write, edit, create and share internal news across different channels
  • Deliver main company events per year
  • Organize and facilitate events in local offices
  • Manage, maintain and improve the Local plazza pages with relevant news and messages
  • Manage the internal communication budget including invoice processing
  • Work with external and internal suppliers and research ideas for employee incentives
  • Drive the internal communications strategy
  • Improved employee satisfaction as a result of effective sitewide and management communication and outreach
  • Share organization's strategic guidelines and inputs with his/her manager ensuring strong local collaboration and teamwork,
  • Development of strong relationship with the main stakeholders
  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategic internal engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage our people behind our most important initiatives
  • Identify, manage and engage key work stream stakeholders to ensure powerful, aligned and consistent messages are built and that campaigns are driving high levels of engagement
  • Work with the International Communications Platforms to create and deliver high-quality creative communication material/content
  • Support the Major Service Center's management to improve staff engagement including employee opinion survey response rates and results.

Job Requirements

Education, qualifications, and certifications

University degree or equivalent experience in business engineering, computer science desirable

Experience:

Significant Experience of 5 to 10 years in an international IT and/or Telecom environment
