Introduction:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieving targets set by the company
  • Reporting daily sales report to direct manager
  • Teamwork is most to support operation team
  • Translate all packages to the selected languages
  • Solving problems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Up-selling all of the other products operated by the company
  • Ability to work under pressure and different shifting time
  • Responsibility to attend live chat, phone calls, Emails and repeat customer requests

  • Fluent in German
  • Read and write at a high level in German
