Job Description
- Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives. Contracting procedures with Show room and companies.
- Assist with sales (B-C & B-B) related market research and recommend improvement measures with the aim of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage all service and technical aspects for the full range of product with the objective of achieving the set targets.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing effective training to salesman's and resolving technical problems.
The employee will be responsible for:
- Open new market to the company.
- Follow up with old customers.
- Increase the sales of the company.
- Submit weekly sales report.
- Contact with staff to find out the problems faced by customers and provide support to find solutions for them.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Job Requirements
The IDEAL candidate would be the one with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Male/Female
- Excellent communication & presentations skills.
- Patient, fast learner, dynamic.
