Job Description

  • Administer sales activities for export products and to ensure achievement of sales target, analyze Green farms objectives, negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
  • Maintain distributors for the assigned territories and perform regular visits to all sites.
  • Assist to prepare territory budgets and recommend appropriate distributors for the assigned region.
  • Develop objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for export activities and implement new product launches to achieve sales objectives and administer merchandise for group brands.
  • Design required marketing and sales program for assign territory and maintain knowledge on competitor products and participate in various exhibitions and seminars.
  • Analyze market intelligence reports and identify new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio for same.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with the clients and supervise achievement of sales targets for all assign areas and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies for same.
  • Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with GOEIC regulations and evaluate all reports as submitted by sales staff and recommend changes if required and prepare reports for all profitability.
  • Responsible for collecting dues amounts from the international buyers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction with Green Farms products and services.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an Export Sales or Distribution
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent as a minimum.
  • Operations environment of which at least 5 years in a Managerial Level
  • Proven Knowledge and Expertise of Fresh Produce Fruits and Vegetables market dynamics and trends is a must.
