Job Description

  • Motivate team members for always boosted morale.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. and deliver quarterly KPIs reports.
  • Encourage creativity and calculated risk-taking without endangering handled accounts and goals.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics report errors
  • Maintain a strong environment and internal working relationships and with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities, requirements, and status.
  • Set clear team goals plan review
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines late tasks
  • Oversee day-to-day operation daily errors
  • Help in tactical planning, especially in the capacity related areas.
  • Receive and prioritize projects to determine deadlines; influence and negotiate deadlines based on priorities and available resources.
  • Manage workflow/schedule of all incoming and existing projects while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays; communicate project priorities and due dates to the creative team to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement in the traffic system and customer relations process.
  • Produce and distribute accurate and meaningful traffic and metric\ reports by maintaining workload data and traffic activities.
  • Report on performance and upgrading opportunities, on a regular basis.
  • Enforce adherence to creative workflow processes and deadlines to no. of complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent leadership, organizing skills, and decision-making skills.
    Analytical and creative thinking.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with marketing strategy, digital marketing, and branding.
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media, SEO, Content writing and Advanced Google Analytics and Adwords skills.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice.
    Experience in digital marketing strategies and hands-on operational level.
  • Ability to manage workload with a keen eye for detail & A can-do and flexible approach.
  • Excellent presentation skills and be proficient in MS Office, Excel, WordPress, and PowerPoint.
    Can prepare, monitor, and manage digital marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Should be able to deliver creative and innovative ideas.
  • Problem-solving skills and confident, driven and dynamic leader.
  • Excellent managerial & personal skills.
  • Team player and strong collaborative and communication skills.
  • Languages: English is a MUST (speak, write and read).
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field.
  • Presentable.
  • AdWords / Bing certification a plus.
  • Have a car is a plus.
