Job Description

  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of staff.

Job Requirements

  • Maximum 2 years of experience.
  • Good Command of the English language.
  • Good Command of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, Fast Learner, Hard worker, with Good Communication skills
