Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for resolving Incidents or fulfilling Service requests in HCM, SD, CO and MM areas
- Present new changes to Change Advisory Board and manage the Change requests by providing Business Justification, Effort estimates and thereby drive the changes to completion through the SDLC cycle
- Be responsible to draft / review and finalize functional specifications when required
- Perform & document Unit Testing, System testing and User acceptance Test
- Conduct Organization Structure Workshop
- Preparing the blue print phase to determine project scope and gaps between the business processes and SAP best practice scenarios
- Providing configuration and integration with other SAP Modules
- Prepare and conduct unit testing and final integration testing
- Responsible for delivering full key and super user training
- Master Data collection and uploading using LSMW
- Adept in Change Management process – use of Ticketing Tool like Service Now, ITSM, etc.
- Prepare User Roles and Authorization Matrix
- Supervise final integration test with the customers
- Supporting business process and customers during the implementations process and after go live
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of suitable discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the same role
