Job Description
- Perform daily payroll department operations on SAP
- Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Load important files regarding payroll.
- Update the company’s headcount taking into consideration all changes to the company workforce which include new hires &resignations
- Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, absenteeism, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects.
- Research and identify employee benefit schemes to either enhance existing ones or add new ones.
- Revise all off-cycles calculations such as( EOS - Incentives - Expenses - Overtime) performed by HR accountant and ensure recording on SAP.
- Handle Bank Accounts openings for new hires.
Job Requirements
