Job Description
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client,
- Conduct the orientation for new comers about their company’s goals and objectives their new environment to take an active role in their organization
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Ensure to find a solution In case requests are not fulfilled in a timely manner from cross-functional internal teams of the requests related to advisors
- Collect advisors’ data and generating accurate reports and status notifications
Job Requirements
- Proven call center experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent English
