About the Job
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client,
  • Conduct the orientation for new comers about their company’s goals and objectives their new environment to take an active role in their organization
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Ensure to find a solution In case requests are not fulfilled in a timely manner from cross-functional internal teams of the requests related to advisors
  • Collect advisors’ data and generating accurate reports and status notifications
Job Requirements
  • Proven call center experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent English
