Job Description

  • Responding to all costumer (B2B) requirements on time.
  • Following any requirements or complain till closing it.
  • Communicating with all internal departments for answering all costumer requirements.
  • Customer management for the export countries.
  • Fresh onion sales support: sending regular prices updates to our fresh onion costumers.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years in customer service in FMCGs
  • Excellent command on English language – written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
