Job Description
- Recruiting, training and supporting English instructors.
- Provide leadership in the ongoing design and implementation of the English language program dealing with program, curriculum, and articulation.
- Work with instructors on improving methods, techniques, and skills through professional development for instructional improvement based on current research, trends in language teaching, and industry needs.
- Assess instructors' performance as well as the efficiency of it regularly.
- Stay knowledgeable about the development of English language learning materials.
- Stay abreast of trends and issues in English language education and brings innovation and renewal to instruction.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in same position.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in English instructing.
- Good communicator with astonishing managerial skills.
- Having leadership skills.
- Strong-minded, strong-willed and decisive.
- Excellent user of Excel.
- Maximum age 30.
- Preferably Giza resident.
- Able to work in different locations.
