Job Description
- Design training programs based on training objectives.
- Develop training programs using different methodologies that reflect application level.
- Create training session plans.
- Develop training materials that include but not limited to trainer manual, trainee workbook/Handout.
- Asses Trainees pre & post learning through exams, assessments, role paly and behavioral evaluation as well.
- Deliver soft skills into Arabic & English languages to different levels of the organization.
- Applying facilitations & interactive skills with trainees.
- Aware of training evaluation till the 3rd level of Kirkpatrick Model.
- Identify training needs by using training need analysis tools & processe
