About the Job
  • Design training programs based on training objectives.
  • Develop training programs using different methodologies that reflect application level.
  • Create training session plans.
  • Develop training materials that include but not limited to trainer manual, trainee workbook/Handout.
  • Asses Trainees pre & post learning through exams, assessments, role paly and behavioral evaluation as well.
  • Deliver soft skills into Arabic & English languages to different levels of the organization.
  • Applying facilitations & interactive skills with trainees.
  • Aware of training evaluation till the 3rd level of Kirkpatrick Model.
  • Identify training needs by using training need analysis tools & processe
