- Handling tickets on all Swvl's communication channels
- Hold Support Shifts as assigned by Community Operations Manager
- Apply all Community Operations Policies (Response Time, etc..)
- Improving and making sure all policies are applied Execute all Community Operations
- Handling Tasks assigned by Community Operations Manager
- Survey customers needs and report it to all necessary teams
- Response Immediately with all low ratings by calling riders
- Report Technical Issues to the Tech. Team
- Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experienced in call centers is a PLUS.
- Maximum Age: 30.
- Graduates ONLY
- Gender: Any
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, Prioritize and manage time effectively
- customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
