Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Translating Technical solution design into solution setup activities
- Participates in the solution setup along with providing the needed guidance and knowledge transfer for the associate functional and functional consultants.
- Apply internal testing for the solution quality, measure its compliance with customer business requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing activities with technical, senior functional and team leaders
- Results reporting to team leaders, section heads and PMO
- Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase.
- Handle the maintenance in case of agreeing with the customer on a maintenance contract.
- Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer satisfaction.
- Occasionally support Presales in proposals.
- Maintaining team building & acting as member guidance to technical consultants.
- Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Reputable university degree, preferably Computer Science.
- ITI certificate is an asset.
- Certification for the Oracle HCM is an asset.
- Strong command of English language, written and spoken.
Work Experience:
- Consulting experience with another professional services organization “Oracle Partner is preferred”.
- Hands-on Oracle EBS HCM consulting experience
- Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 experience at a minimum; R12 experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in EBS HCM Applications including HR, OAB, SSHR, and Payroll.
- Experience with iRecruitment and Performance Management, is a plus
- Experience in creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for all aspects of the E-Business HCM Suite based on ABF method
Technical skills:
- Familiar with Oracle products.
- Understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules
- Hands-on on using Development suites , PL/SQL , XML Publisher or BI Publisher and AME/WF builder
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Experience in using data modeling tools or other flowcharting software “Visio is a plus”.
