Job Description
Head of Health Sector responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of projects, administering community development activities in the main scopes (Medical Therapy ,Preventive Medicine, Health development).
- Participate in identifying strategic directions for health sector interventions.
- Establishes, implements and evaluates policy, procedure and program content.
- Prepare , reviews and administers programs budget.
- Prepare and submit proposals to local and international entity .
- Represent MEK foundation with external parties (government agencies - partners).
- Routinely conducts quality assurance activities through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results, and compare it with the plan.
- Assists employees in utilizing appropriate techniques for effective assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of running projects .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine, MBA is preferred.
- From 10- 15 working years experience in managing similar position , with 5 Years leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with high ability to convey clear messages successfully.
- Ability to manage Remote locations.
