Job Description
- Responsible for securing and win new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
- Maintain records of customers details/ sales visits in the Orient.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities in Orient, relentlessly pursue the realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
- Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Follow up on customers communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Customer Service and work closely with Operation and Documentation on the execution of customer service contract.
- Promote the services and products of all entities and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall provided reports and meetings as being required.
- Achieve sales and expense budget goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Applied knowledge in: identifying specific customer needs, selling skills, prospecting skills that allow a consultative selling approach that focuses on solutions to client needs.
- Understands and sells Supply Chain services and solutions that apply to the customer's value chain.
- Other duties as assigned.
