About the Job
  • Deal with banks & all its related matters.
  • Prepare the bank reconciliation
  • Support accounting team in their daily operation.
  • Handling all hotels booking.
  • Handling all flights ticket booking.
  • Follow up & request missing stationery items.
  • Prepare request of all office / buffet supplies.
  • Handling all maintenance matters required in the headquarter.
  • Monitor the messengers works.
  • Responsible of all incoming & outgoing business correspondences.
  • Handling calls & arranging schedules for meeting as required.
  • Handling any other tasks assigned directly from the finance manager.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in accounting.
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Very well organized.
  • Very good MS office & accounting software knowledge.
