Job Description
- Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in the sales Department to give them full information about tecno and the technical training about tecno product sales.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through assessment.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in Workplace learning and presenting this research.
- Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for training material and it's updated.
- Responsible for the promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Exp. 1-3 years as a trainer
- Males only
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Very good English.
