Job Description

  • Answer telephones
  • Create/ Complete forms
  • Share in the collection Follow up circle , follow up
  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork, public relations
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
  • Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
  • Coordinate conference and meetings.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the clerical staff.
  • Order and dispense supplies and maintain supply inventory
  • Operate office equipment
  • Create and manage database
  • Assist director in recruitment and interviewing new employees
  • Keep up-to-date contact details
  • Keep records of the organization's activities

Work Conditions:

  • Location : Dokki
  • Work Hours : 8:00 AM : 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Females Only
  • Previous Experience in Software Companies is preferred
  • Diary Management
  • Good Command of English Language
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Good typing and keyboard skills.
  • Managing administrative processes.
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
