About the Job
  • Protocol and application guidance.
  • Ultimately creating promotional materials and programs to support the product through the marketeer and sales people.
  • Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.

  • Provide a sophisticated level of customer service and technical support.
  • Provide exceptionally competent phone and email support to our customers.
  • Track customer complaints and guide the product application.
  • Develops operating plan and develops strategic objectives that support the company's research and development strategies.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology.
  • Minimum One years of experience.
  • Patience and self-motivation.
  • Positive response to pressure.
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
