Job Description

  • Drive company new business growth through RFPs, Direct negotiations, Pre-sales, Tender and bidding management.
  • Handling the RFX cycles from start to submission through responses and write ups and solution creation in response to global client requests.
  • Engage with commercial and sales departments to create lead generation tools and business development opportunities.
  • Analyze key data and create project reports for senior management.
  • Ensure detailed implementation of client requirements in project planning and milestones.
  • Key account management and client management of strategic accounts via presentations, meetings and conferences.
  • Focal point for all internal and external vendors and clients until award of business.
  • Research and development for new verticals and international site expansions and business growth.
  • Implementing initial pricing and negotiate with prospects.
  • International communications and finalize partnership agreements.

Job Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Development, with 5-7 Years of international exposure.
  • Job duties will require traveling abroad, flexible working hours, and will include making cold calls, gathering information about potential international clients, generating leads and writing reports.
  • Master’s degree in international business development, international studies or public policy, preferably certified business manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance as well as innovative leadership ability to work with clients to address budgeting challenges.
  • A thorough understanding of international business strategies and regulations.
  • Decision-making skills and design thinking is also a must.
  • Marketing skills to research new markets and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to converse with clients in a friendly, engaging manner.
  • Multi-lingual, English is a must, French or German are added assets.
