Job Description
He/ she will be responsible for implementation of the marketing strategy and plan. This includes but not limited to the following ;
- Pitching for suppliers and service providers to find the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
- Helping the legal department to create contracts for the awarded supplier /provider.
- Following up with suppliers/providers to make sure of timely and accurate delivery.
- Following up on the sales team and the call center team to make sure of their execution of their part of the plan.
- Executing Marketing surveys to update our sense of the market.6-Preparing progress reports for management and marketing consultant on the updates of the approved plan.
- Plan regular meetings with marketing consultant and management to revise or amend the initial plan.
Job Requirements
The suitable candidate should:
- Have marketing experience of 5+ years preferably 2 years in real estate.
- Energetic and dynamic.
- Have high communication and negotiation skills.
