Job Description
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Create and manage the paid ads.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Create and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
- Create a monthly social media performance report.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years' relevant work experience in the field of advertising is preferable.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
