Job Description
- Lead toll processor interactions/relationships to drive Operational Excellence, Financial Excellence and industry competitiveness throughout the life cycle of our products.
- Coordinate complex supply and business relationships with material/component suppliers, toll processors and business partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop, maintain and leverage an expert knowledge of a complex portfolio of products/processes to efficiently and effectively manage Toll projects in a proactive manner.
- Lead the identification of process improvements within toll processor operations, and create and manage plans for evaluation and implementation to improve cycle time and cost efficiencies of the process.
- Manage complex project plans for technology/product transfer between qualified domestic and/or international contracted resources.
- Lead collaborative internal business partner relationships to ensure reliable value stream interactions between internal planning/forecasting, logistics, Strategic Sourcing, QA and regulatory departments to maintain market supply of finished product.
- Actively participate as a member of Business Development teams to evaluate prospective business opportunities to gain a competitive advantage in new and existing markets.
Job Requirements
- Pharmacist or Chemist.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry, Preferred in production.
- Resident in (Gharbia, Menoufia, Banha).
- Fluent in English Language (Oral & Written).
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Self Development, Team Work/Relation with different levels in the hierarchy.
