- Handle new implementation projects .
- Remote and On site support for Call manager , Unity , UCCX ,IMP and expressway
- Troubleshooting , identify and resolve voice issues.
- Manage Customer faults and issues .
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Good experience in Call manager , Unity , Contact center ,and Expressway is required
- CCNP Collaboration is required ,CCIE Collaboration is a PLUS .
- Proven work experience From 3-4 Years in Cisco voice products .
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
