- Plan for production lines or units.
- Prepare monthly plans and reports
- Train and assess workers
- Orders needed equipment and machines.

Job Requirements
- 3-6 years experience
- Previous experience in massive wood is a must
- Previous experience in production lines is a must
- Strong knowledge of production best practices
- Strong knowledge in 5s and lean manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and has high attention to detail
- Can work under pressure.
