Job Description
- Accountable for delivery of the approved sales top line of the various products categories.
- Managing the annual spends of the Trade Marketing budget and ensuring a proper ROI of this spend for the resources deployed.
- Co-creating the portfolio business plan with the marketing team.
- Re-engineering the “Go to Market “model keeping in mind the portfolio/business needs of the future.
- Revamping the channel architecture factoring in the changes in the retail environment and the portfolio needs and driving all the programs for various retail environments.
- Altering the rural business model to drive growth and create a competitive advantage for the company
- Execution of BTL campaigns for Marketing and Sales.
- Reporting to: Business Head – MENA Region.
- Internal relationship with: Sales Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain & IT Functions.
- External relationship with: Trade Marketing Associates, Vendors, Distributors, Industry Forums.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in the Sales & Trade Marketing with a MNC or a top Local company with big brands, FMCG Sector is a Must.
- A consistent track record of successful performance.
- Should be commercial and sales focused.
- Should be analytical and have good business acumen.
- Good Presentation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- Drive for result & result oriented.
