Job Description
- Receiving complaints from GUC staff members in person or over phone.
- Using the GUC Technical Manuals to guide the GUC staff members to solve their problems over the Phone, or escalate the call to the upper technical level.
- Submitting all the complaints and requests using the GUC Ticketing system.
- Following up with GUC staff members until the Ticket is closed.
- Daily report should be submitted for the Technical Team Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge in all the Microsoft Products.
- Good knowledge in Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android.
- Good Knowledge in computers hardware parts.
- Strong knowledge in Image and cloning concept.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems and internet searching method.
- Able to work under pressure and stress.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge and professional use of the German Language for business purposes is an asset.
- Self-motivated, with high level of communication skills, mind concentration and time management.
- University degree is a must (preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science).
