Reporting to the Manager of the Technical Support Department.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer (hardware, Software).
Daily monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
Respond to all queries either in person or over the phone.
Troubleshooting system, computer issues and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults.
Replacing hardware parts as required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Supporting the roll-out of GUC new applications.
Working continuously on a task until completion or escalate.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Train the GUC staff members on the new equipment and technical techniques whenever it is required.

Strong knowledge in all the Microsoft Products.
Good knowledge in Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android.
Good Knowledge in computers hardware parts.
Strong knowledge in Image and cloning concept.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems and internet searching method.
Able to work under pressure and stress.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
Knowledge and professional use of the German Language for business purposes is an asset.
Self-motivated, with high level of communication skills, mind concentration and time management.

Education and Experience

University degree is a must (preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science).
Minimum three years of experience in the IT Technical Support field.
