Travel Consultants - operations Department

For international wholesale Travel company. Newly opened in Cairo.
Replying to the customer's emails and calls and all related matters of travel agents reservations at hotels worldwide.
Overselling to travel agencies other services while consulting them of their client's bookings.
Coordinating with sales and finance for credit

Job Roles: Customer Service/Support Hospitality/Hotels/Food Services Tourism/Travel

Job Requirements

Good Command of English writing and speaking is a must.
Computer skills “office and outlook needed”
Preference for more languages
Minimum 2 Years experience in travel or Hospitality career.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Nice look and appearance is required
