Job Description
- Responsible for managing different brands and executing the assigned marketing plans.
- Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events.
- Provide necessary assistance to marketing manager in all activities pertaining to brand building.
- Track marketing such as pricing distribution and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products.
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendation for brand development.
- Responsible for social media accounts and monitor it.
- Assist in the development of new label design, package design, marketing materials and others.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability.
- Ensure good brand appearance and presence to ensure reaching the target.
- Monitor and check for product innovation and adherence to time by team members.
- Oversee the analysis of researches conducted, reports and any promotional plans.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Possess the trust and passion to grow and build success.
- Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, good initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
