Job Description
Main Duties:
- Proofreading the translated materials and correcting all the grammatical and linguistic mistakes to improve the quality of the Arabic content regarding meanings & appropriated style.
- Revising the language, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and style of the Arabic text to make sure it is free of mistakes and looks like an originally composed text.
- Consulting with the translator to ensure the text is free of contradiction
- Ensuring the style is clear and consistent with the Arabic language standards grammatically and linguistically
- Adding comments about any grammatical & style issues to be corrected by the team work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language
- 3+ years of experience in Arabic proofreading and revision
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word & research tools
- Good understanding of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
