Tasks and Responsibilities:

Promotes the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
Knows all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation to the customers (Production Datasheet).
Obtains purchase orders from customers.
Records customer requirements.
Continuous communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
Provides regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products.
Registers and updates customer data in the customer contact list.
Any other tasks assigned to him in his field of work

Good Written & spoken English is a MUST.
