Job Description
- Managing quality of teaching and learning within English
- Working with partners and sponsors effectively to enhance the students learning
- Understanding national standards within the subject area and ensuring these are followed
- Identifying effective intervention and mentoring strategies for students within English
- Ensuring that all the work you do for our school follows the vision and values
- Attending school meetings and committees as required
- Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students.
- Evaluating a students' class work and assignments.
- Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
- Classroom management.
- Developing and plan English lesson plans
- Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
- Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
Job Requirements
