Job Description
- The candidate will provide secretarial support to attorneys and trademark agents related to the trademark prosecution process including
- Preparing routine correspondence, reading and routing mail, file maintenance, and screening incoming telephone calls; Preparing applications, responses, and trademark invoices.
- The candidate will provide secretarial support to attorneys and trademark agents related to the trademark prosecution process including
- Answering and screening phone calls, making appointments, responding to basic email correspondence, preparing legal correspondence including emails, faxes, and memos, conducting basic research and reports, invoices, and maintaining a schedule of all filing deadlines or other applicable deadlines regarding state or foreign trademark registration practices.
