About the Job
  • Choose the most appropriate processes that achieve the overall strategy of the company.
  • Prepare an inventory for the works and create an inventory review system to ensure the accuracy of the data. The head of the department will be responsible for the accuracy of the inventory data, including the As-built design and inventory
  • Follow-up preparation of monthly customer extracts and reviews.
  • Communicate with the customer to negotiate any business related to the contractor evaluation of the project.
  • Identify the best suppliers after studying the bids and technical offers submitted and issuing the supply orders.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering
  • More than 20 years Exp. in Construction Field
  • Ability to use main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • 7 Years experience as a technical office manager
