About the Job

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Typing, preparing and collating reports
Filing
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
Coordinating e-mails
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Job Requirements

0-3 Years of experience
Good command of English (must be able to read emails and answer them)
Cooperative, team player
Good Command of Excel and computer software
Time-management and flexibility
Good organization skills
Multitasking, real work under-pressure
Females only
From Giza are or near to Dokki is highly preferred.
