About the Job
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Reach new potential customers
  • Manage key accounts
  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Set up meetings and conduct sales visits to potential clients to promote BIC services
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on BIC services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and events
  • Create, Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
  • Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Supervise sales account representatives
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Create frequent sales reviews and reports to monitor performance analytics
Job Requirements
  • Perfect communication skills
  • Experience with Sales preferably in online services
  • Perfect English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
