Job Description
- Prepare and participate in client presentations
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
- Prepare design concepts, 3D and 2D related drawings to clarify the design.
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications and Create a time-line for the interior design projects.
- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
- Preparing BOQ
- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Follow up site and ensure work progress according to schedules
- Deal with subcontractors.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices
Job Requirements
- BSc. Or high Diploma in Architecture Engineering
- 0-1 Year of Relevant experience.
- AutoCAD
- 3d Max
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- Google SketchUp is a Plus
- VRay
- Adobe Photoshop- must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.
