- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Configuring the application based on implementation scope. (This does not require knowledge of any development language)
- Delivering and reviewing training.
- Executing and supervising data migration activities.
- Executing and supervising User Acceptance Test activities.
- Assessing/evaluating client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
- Managing client expectations.
- Assuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups, client responses, and customers' communication.
- Providing Engagement Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo’s, etc.
- Providing on-line meetings and conference calls for new clients' orientation, present new functionalities, and discuss clients' feedback/issues.
