Job Description
- Installation & configuration of operating systems & fingerprint.
- Support for employees requiring help with technical issues.
- Install & customize desktops & Laptops.
- Perform hardware repair & software configuration.
- Troubleshoot IT operations issues.
- Has good Knowledge about CCTV. Cameras& DVR.
- Perform all other duties, tasks, and initiative contributing to the success of the team.
- Resolve network problems.
- Purchasing devices & required spare parts related to IT.
- Overcome technical challenges and is willing to assess, resolve & finding solutions for IT emergent situations.
- Communicate with related service providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- Experience from 1-3 years in the IT field.
- Excellent problem-solving / decision-making skills.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Very good command of English
- High potential & Communication skills.
- Holding MS and MAC certificates is preferable.
